Strategic Consulting Firstly, we spend time getting to know your business. What is your business goal?

How can you fit that to a latent customer need or desire?

We help you define your audience, identifying their needs, wants and desires and what will motivate a purchase decision.

Our research will help us develop a proper understanding of your prospects. This is a key process if we are to progress to the next stage. We achieve this through a combination of desk research and market knowledge. (Neglect to build this picture of your target audience and you will be unable to identify the key motivations and requirements of your prospects).

We develop a marketing plan and strategy to deliver the message with the right frequency, timing, media mix and creative presentation to meet the business objective.
Database development and targeting Targeting is about seven times as important as any other single factor in direct marketing. Locating and targeting the right prospects in the right way is critical to the success of any campaign.

We query your database using our mining and profiling software to reveal target recipients, sales trends, recency, frequency and value of customers.

We will take your data; eliminate duplicates, gone aways etc. correcting where possible, adding forenames, and updating addresses.


Creative We match text, graphics and illustrations to each individual's personal profile to create highly personal and relevant content. We have a 22 point check list to maximise the personal impact including the obvious, focusing on the customer name and the not-so-obvious, match primary or background images to the target profile.

Our process delivers messages that are appropriate, personal and relevant and crucially, initiate a response i.e. a purchasing decision!
Production Our digital workflows merge text and graphics driven by the database profiles producing personalised print that is instantly recognisable by each recipient as unique to them.
Fulfilment We print, pack, and distribute on your behalf. We also offer a call centre service for both research and campaign follow up.
Analysis Marketing is an iterative process. We will set up a system to record results and identify successful and less successful elements of the campaign. These results will be fed back to the customer and if required, the database will be updated ready to re-start the cycle.

Return on investment is the prime measure. Each campaign will include a measurement process to determine ROI.
